What this visit is
This page is the automotive install: cars, trucks, and SUVs. The film goes on in a climate-controlled bay so dust stays out of the adhesive. Patterns are computer-cut for that vehicle. We don’t hand-cut film on your glass.
If you want the film science — infrared heat, UV, and why we don’t install dyed film — read the ceramic window tint page. This page is about booking the car.
The shop is at 10214 Georgibelle Dr., Suite 600, Houston, TX 77043. Phone (832) 347-5769. Hours are Monday–Friday 9–5 and Saturday 9–2. Sunday the bay is closed.
Shade, heat, and Texas law
Darkness and heat rejection are not the same thing. A very dark dyed film can still let Houston heat through the glass. Ceramic film is how we cut infrared while staying at a legal front-window shade.
Front sides in Texas need to read 25% VLT or lighter once the film is on the factory glass. Windshield film stops at the AS-1 line unless you keep a signed medical exemption in the car. Rear glass can go darker, and SUVs and trucks have more room back there than sedans. We meter the glass you already have before we recommend a percentage.
The written version, including the AS-1 line and reflectivity rules, is the Texas window tint laws guide on the blog.
What to send with the quote
Year, make, and model. Say whether you want heat control, privacy, or a matched look front to back. If the rear glass is already factory-dark, say so — adding film on top of privacy glass changes the combined VLT.
We quote before we book. There is no price list on this page. Paint protection film, ceramic coating, and vinyl wraps are separate jobs in the same shop if you want them on the same visit or a later one.
